I feel tricked. I left this review months ago before I realized the pharmacy had their separate space to review. My doctor called a prescription in and I went to pick it up (hours later) and they told me to come back because they needed to verify that my insurance would cover it and that it was a valid prescription, later calling me stating it was ready for pickup.
As I’m waiting in line to pick up my medicine they called me back and apologized and stated that they couldn’t fill it because my doctors office wasn’t within 15 miles. (?) The reality is, there is no such rule , much less law. I called my Dr. and they sent my prescription to another pharmacy (Walgreens) for pick up. Just ridiculous. I’ve never in my life been told with any of my medications that my doctors office has to be within 15 miles. What sense does that make? They had already verified with my doctor the validity of my prescription!! Not sure who these pharmacist think they are deciding whose prescriptions to fill and whose not to, but they attempted to discourage me from going to other Walgreens to pick it up and it’s just wrong and unfortunate. Ultimately , I switched to the south Walgreens near Publix and they have given me each prescription with no ridiculous made up issue.

Walgreens wouldn't take my daughter's prescription with my son's last week. I get that it didn't need filled yet but they could have made sure they had more in shock so when I could pick it up which would be today, they would have prepared for it instead of turning it away. I had how nasty and rude the staff are. They are a bunch of idiotic people who can't do anything the right way. so now my daughter, who needs her medication daily will have to wait another week again. Not to mention this is the third month that they haven't had it. The lady lady month told me that the computer will automatically have it in the system as a reoccurring medicine but then today tried to say something completely different.

The pharmacist at this location is horribly rude and condescending. I could not believe how bad he treated us. We normally fill our family's prescriptions at CVS, but I stopped at this Walgreens location while in the area. Never again! My entire day was ruined by this one insulting fool. I'm certainly not going back and left without the medication. Before I left, I asked the cashier for the pharmacist's name. She wasn't positive, but guessed, "I think his name is Dave," I didn't bother to share my experience, but was surprised when she asked, "was he rude to you too?" I answered, "actually, he was extremely rude; is that the consensus?" She said,"you're definitely not the first one to complain about him," and added "he's a j*** to a lot of people". Is Walgreens that desperate for pharmacist? I've already transferred all of our prescriptions elsewhere. Get rid of him!

A special thanks to the young man who helped me get a power bank today. I realized as we talked that he had been on the way out the door when I went up to him, but he was friendly and helpful nonetheless. The store and staff are always nice, and I was especially grateful to this young man who took a couple of minutes extra to assist me.

Stood in line for 20 min. While the cashier stayed on the phone not even acknowledging. the customers. Then took someone else instead of who was next. Also, they didn't have a pharmacist on duty so I waisted a trip anyways because the pharmacy was closed. Going to be changing my pharmacy now...
