I was given a very hard time by tracfone to transfer my phone number to my new iPhone. Nick and two other folks worked for 2 hours to make the change. The entire staff did a wonderful job. My thanks to the whole crew.

Came in today because we couldn't get into our Google account. The rep was very helpful and helped get back our contacts and photos. Very great service also leaving with a bunch of good information to possibly upgrade phones and lower the bill. Overall very satisfied.
