I would like to leave a positive review for Rosa who went above and beyond to assist me today. The store was packed but she still spend almost 2 hours with me to ensure I receive the best deals on all of the items I purchased. I recommend you visit this location and ask for Rosa. Great job!

Went in the other day to try and get a loan and I must say it was the best experience I’ve had in a pawn shop. I felt welcome from the moment I walked in the door Jennifer greeted me, and had great customer service and was very polite and I was in and out and happy with the loan I got! Thank you Jennifer I will be back for sure!!!!!

Had a wonderful experience with my recent visit to value pawn . The store is extremely clean and had very nice looking items for sale. And the jewelry, let me just say that they have a huge selection of beautiful rings, necklaces and bracelets!! Oh my goodness the diamonds and gold are so gorgeous!! The staff is very polite and friendly, everyone is smiling. The manager Doug helped me himself and was so extremely patient and kind helped me meet my needs . I give them a 5 star rating!! I love this place !! I will be back!!

Be prepared to be ripped off. I mean, infuriatingly ripped off. I understand that it’s a Pawn Shop. However, when you bring in a 100 diamond bracelet with the tags and you are handed $ 10.00, you tend to get a bad taste in your mouth. Also, place is dirty and could definitely use some upkeep.
