This place SUCKS. Took an act of God to rent a PO Box. Black woman has no common sense. NEVER more than 1 person at counter, if you have to correct something you go BACK in line. You could spend hours here! No stars!!!!

I watched for a package from 3pm to 7pm only to have a substitute driver lie and say they attempted to deliver at 6:20 but nobody was home. Now I have to get somebody to go to the post office to pick it up because they also lied about me requesting it be held at the post office. I'm unable to leave home, so I am ALWAYS home and nobody attempted to deliver my package and there's no way I would EVER request it be held at the post office. Lazy workers!

Don't process packages. Sends them backwards in process and doesn't move packages forward to correct location.... What a waste
