The customer center says they are open Monday through Friday from 3-6pm. However when I arrived on a Thursday at 4:41pm, the door was locked and the lights were off. No sign on the door whatsoever to indicate they were closed. Multiple customers waiting around for someone to acknowledge us. UPS should close this “customer center” location since it is clearly NOT a customer center.
Update: I was able to get my package by walking around the side and asking one of the UPS drivers to help me find someone. The response by UPS to this review indicated that calling them for clarity would have helped. Another woman who was waiting around tried calling and got no response. She gave up and drove home.

They call themselves UPS Customer Center? This is the worst UPS place for customer service. They must have dropped Service from their current designation. Firstly, they don't even open until 3PM. How crazy is that? Secondly, the single employee greeted me with "what can I do for you?". I knew it was going all downhill after my greeting and sure enough it did. Right off the bat she demanded to know exactly what was inside. No questions like, do you have batteries, food, animals, drugs, weapons, flamables etc etc etc. She just DEMANDED that I tell her what I was shipping or I could go someplace else (and that will definitely be happening in the future). This is not demanded at any other UPS access points like UPS Store, Autozone, (yes autozone and Advanced Auto) Office Depot, pak n ship, and even UPS pickups at my door. I found it very intrusive, especially since she had no way to verify whatever I told her. I asked to speak with her supervisor who told me to take it someplace else and that this was their "local policy". Here we go again...."its our policy". I asked to see any UPS regulations that support their policy and the supervisor said there were none. I eventually got the supervisors supervisor, Miss A. Miss A. told me the same thing, that I would have to go somewhere else. She said I should go to FEDEX where they don't ask whats in the box and go and blow up FEDEX pilots. This is an insane thing to say from a manager from UPS. There is absolutely no appreciation of customers at this location. We were more of a burden than anything else. And yes, I will be going to fedex from now on at your suggestion. I ditched the post office which was cheaper because they had bad service. And now I will ditch UPS for the same reason, bad worse service. UPS seems to think we can't ship without them, but they are wrong. Please switch to another shipper and tell others to do the same.

We have used this UPS Customer Center for the last 3 years to ship boxes to another address out of state and they have been absolutely awesome. The clerk at the center was most helpful in getting our boxes ready for shipment. We have received them on time in the other state! Great job!

Ended up going from 1 UPS STORE, in the Village’s who sent me to another UPS store in the Village’s who sent me to the Griffin Road UPS SHIPPING warehouse in Fruitland Park only to be told the item was missing a return certificate for them to send it back over the road, for return delivery! The female clerk was explaining why and That was final !

When they get paid to deliver an item and can't find my address, and I get an text telling me I have to pick it up, and then they make me pay for it? Am I supposed to be grateful and praise UPS?

I get a lecture and no package when I go to pick up my wine. The customer service person was not helpful and a bit scary. I will not go back in there.

Took forever & never once saw an employee only others waiting who said the 1 woman working was rude and not nice to deal with. I left and took it somewhere else.

Have been waiting on a UPS delivery for 4 days now. Got notification that my package is delayed, and I will be informed of a new delivery date. Still waiting. Tracked it down to this UPS CC in Leesburg. Based on the reviews I'm reading, I don't have much faith that I'll get it anytime soon.
