Today was my first time renting from U-Haul on April 30.2024 . The customer service was exceptional. I will definitely be renting again. I used a van for a short move to Orlando. I was surprised how much room there was in the van and it was easy and comfortable to drive all the bells and whistles of a car .

These people never answer the phone, I have tried early, midday and afternoon, Nothing!!
