Horrible customer service. Charged an out of network fee for using an ATM at Publix. NOT. Was told by branch manager Robin Austin that some Publix now charge for using ATM. That was news to corporate who credited my account. I asked about closing my account and was told the rate on my mortgage would go up. NOT Also news to corporate. TRUSTCO corporate customer service is fantastic but stay far away from this branch.
