“Terrill was very knowledgeable and helpful with getting my transmission replaced by my warantee company . The whole process took 2 weeks, but the majority of that was going back and forth with the warantee company. Once the shop received approval and the parts we were able to get our car back within 3 working days. I didn't find him to be rude at all, if anything he likes to talk and will over explain things . I would definitely use him again .”
