I really enjoyed the professionalism and communication from the staff. They gave me great suggestions on how to keep my car healthy and made sure I understood what they were doing and why they were doing it. I would definitely go to this location again!

Sorry but this place sucks. So called technician started letting the air out of my truck tires thinking they were overinflated when in fact they are only a few months old and were just put on by Firestone Auto Care and they specifically inflated their own name band tires to factory spec, not what some kid at a oil change shop thinks. Never again!

So we got there got a bottle of water which was nice but one for me and none for the wife. He pulls us in the bay opens our hood and walks away. Not once did he ask what we are there for. While the car next to us the other gentleman was flirting with the customer next to us. Then our gentleman decides to join in and while refilling her coolant he dumped coolant all over the ground. Then the lady asked about a noise and this is where i was ready to go. The outher gentelman went to front of vehical and googled possable noise sounds. At this point my confidence dropped to a point of concern.Then about 20 to 30 min he finally came over to us to ask what we would like? We said the mobile one full service then he got my license and scanned my vehical and as he grabbed a oil filter it was not a mobIle one oil filter. So I said not that filter and he replied this is all we use. If I'm paying for mobile one I would like all of mobile one due to the filtering system in different types of filters. I know this because I am a certified master mechanic and was just being lazy and decided to allow someone else to do the car. So I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The Leesburg and the SummerField (off of 441)locations are the two locations I have had the pleasure of dealing with.They are efficient and knowledgeable.Leesburg Crew very helpful they were unable to help me with my oil change the other day for a certain vehicle so they sent me to place that could.They didn't try to convince into anything.They let me know what I needed to do and where to get the oil I required in my vehicle.Integrity and honesty.This crew is great.WILL CONTINUE TO USE TAKE 5.
