No option to deposit at the ATM on the bank. First one that I've seen that I can't deposit money in. I drove a long way to get here and I am very disappointed lol

Truist has the worst customer service. Asked for a supervisor twice about a mistake they made and they hang up om me. Time to start looking for another bank.

It's a shame that they are under staffed. Very courteous and helpful while they are doing transactions. You just have to have patience.

Since the banks of BB&T and Suntrust have merged, they have to the worst bank. To make any transactions at the drive through you have to tell them in the LOAD SPEAKER what you transaction you are performing. Extremely dangerous to answer your security question OUT LOAD and also request money in any amount over 500.00 since that is ATM limit. Someone is is going to get robbed yelling the amount of withdrawal and its going to be the banks fault.

Every time I have to go to the bank and do something important, nobody is able to do it. They say their systems are down or that they don’t have access. I worked with bank tellers at Citizens and they can do everything without a hesitation. I wonder why this Suntrust doesn’t have access to things like a normal bank should.

Had to go to Suntrust today to get quarters for laundry. Lobby was closed (due to COVID I'm sure) and the drive-thru lanes were super busy. Wanted to shout out to the teller working the drive thru in early afternoon -- despite how busy it was she was calm, super friendly, and very efficient. Despite the wait, she made it a very pleasant experience. Thanks so much!

This Suntrust bank is very bad I been having problems for the last 5 years with this bank you have money transfer in to your account when a company take out money when you don't have enough funds in it with your concent and then they say they put the money back in then the bank saids 3 to 5 business days then they start charging you 36.00 dollars fees through not your fault, they been this to me and my Wife we are so done with this bank!

They need to hire help .they as slow as a snail
