This place has 5 stars for a reason! Our truck broke down on the turnpike and we had been waiting for 20 hours for AAA. Finally said forget it and gave Spencer a call. From the time we placed the initial call, we finally felt like we were not getting the runaround. Kimberly was incredible! She was communicative throughout the whole process, next steps and was on time to the exact minute. Although you never hope to need to use these services again, I wouldn’t hesitate to call Spencer if I needed towing services in the future.

I have been in the automotive industry for over 30 years and have never worked with a better towing company. So pleasant to deal with, they always have a great attitude. Family owned and operated, they are true professionals and highly skilled in their craft. You need a wide vehicle towed and parked between 2 trees, on a hill, behind a boulder, in a hurricane at night and they can pull it off lol.

Had a great experience with this tow company & I would highly recommend them. First the young lady that answered the phone was very pleasant & helpful, said they’d arrive in about 30 minutes to tow my old pick up. Then Miss Kim showed up, about 10 minutes before they said she would be there, in a great lookin’ roll back. She was super polite, super professional & it was obvious she knew exactly what she was doing, I was very impressed by this young lady. She handled that truck better than most people can drive a car, especially around those traffic circles. I own a family business myself, so it was very nice to hear the story of their family business, I can appreciate the hard work & long hours it takes to be successful. Great job to the whole family!!

The Mrs. & I needed a vehicle picked-up & delivered to a new location. We contacted Spencer Towing after reading thru the numerous comments and the 5.0-Star rating. Add us to the list of nothing but positive comments...friendly, courteous, punctual from start-to-finish. Would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND to Family & Friends. 5-Stars!!

Somehow, some way Spencer Towing made a terrible string of incidents into a blessing that my fiancé and I so desperately needed. After blowing out a tire on the turnpike and not having the proper tools to fix the damage, we scrambled while not knowing anything about the area and stumbled upon Spencer Towing. They were incredibly accommodating and resourceful in every way during our time of aimless adversity. We are very blessed to have crossed paths with them and my fiancé and I won't forget the generosity and efficiency they presented us with. Thank you so much!

My son had a blowout on the Florida Turnpike at 10:30 pm, we called triple a and by 2am we still hadn't recieved a call back, I picked him up and left the car, at 6am I called Spencer's towing, they called me back promptly and put their daughter Kim on the job, she met me exactly when I told her I would be there. She was so courteous and polite an absolute joy to deal with a real keeper. She dropped the car at the tire shop as I asked with a smile and a yes sir. This is without a doubt the best towing company i have ever dealt with. Broke down with the company vehicle. I called their number based on the rating of reviews. It is easy to see how and why they have 5 stars. The lady who answered the phone was very polite and helpful and told me about an hour. I received a call from Kim a short while later to let me know she was on her way and how long she would be. Kim showed up exactly when she said she would and was very personable and professional. I would definitely use them again if needed and would highly recommend calling them if you need their services as they are quite impressive for a towing company.Service: Car towing
