Room was next to elevator, the rooms are not sound proof at all and you can hear every door open, close, every cough and baby cry...which is how I spent about an hour late night.

Had difficulty checking in as the front desk woman wasn't easy to understand and was ignorant of what has to be for service dog

Great Hotel for a quick or long term stay. Best part is the location near all the action in Orlando without the crazy traffic. They also have a complete complementary breakfast. Hotel staff are friendly and courteous to the needs that arise as a guest here. Will return again.
