“I would like to personally thank Gary for the excellent customer service. He helped me locate a pair of tennis shoes that my daughter wanted for Christmas. I have been looking in stores and online for the past few weeks but could not find them. The store was pretty busy considering it was days before Christmas but Gary took the time to call around and locate the shoes! Of course he was just doing his job but I feel such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended! Hibbett Sports in the Leesburg Mall exceeded my expectations! He was so polite and greeted me as soon as I walked in. He helped make sure I got exactly what I needed and checked out in a timely manner.
