JR Ruiz was super efficient, polite & very informative. I was being discharged from UFHospital in Leesburg and JR Ruiz brought the equipment I needed for home so fast!

This rating is for the company, not the employees. They are clearly understaffed. The ladies in the front office are overwhelmed and doing their very best. Rotech Corp hire more staff or get some temp staff in there. Do better for not only your customers, but also for your current staff!

I was hospitalized at Leesburg hospital and JR was there before the case worker came in to tell me Rotech was coming. He was very kind and thorough with instructions. I was out quickly because of the Rotech.
