Easily the worst gas station I’ve ever set foot in. I don’t know who’s in charge of hiring but the entire staff is very rude. I’ve been a regular at this race track for five years. All of the good employees left long ago besides a select few. The only decent ones are Jawon, Faye and Austin. I’ve had terrible experiences with the morning staff a tall light skin woman and a tall white woman I think her name is Erin. There’s a new old lady that works there and she’s incredibly rude as well. The overnight woman is the rudest of them all. I was there one morning waiting in line and a man was trying to buy alcohol and while he was waiting for his girlfriend to grab his ID out of the car they called the police and accused him of having a fake ID before they even saw it. Extremely unprofessional. I will never be coming to this racetrac again.

I've gone to racetrac many times but I will no longer be going the new light skin manager that works mornings is horrible rude doesn't smile and makes it seem like you are an issue I hear her bark orders at all the staff and over all comes across nasty not a good look on your front line especially when you deal with people might want to learn to be friendly I will not be coming to this location anymore you are going to loose a lot of people having her there

Two star cause the attendants are rude at 830 on a Sunday morning. I just wanted some black and mild wood tip. Which they didn't have in a pack so I opted for some singles. At this point I have decided to get a variety. Original flavor, casino and a wine. No! That was above and beyond her call of duty. She huffed and puffed till she finally got the slightly different product and I was like fine. No wine. Over a penny she want to give me a bunch of change to which I'm sure for her friends she would have grabbed the penny on the counter instead I had to initiate that idea for her. Oh that was the last straw. So the two stars are left there cause I can still get fuel without talking to anyone thanks to tap at the pump. Otherwise there would be nothing to report. Nothing interests me at fuel stations other than maybe a smoke and fuel. And I prefer Saudi Aramco fuel. They know courtesy as well when you enter their establishment and appreciate your business.

I used to love coming into this racetrac but not anymore, the new staff are horrible!! Awful customer service they pick and chose who they want to pick with. The blonde heavyset lady that usually works mornings isn’t very friendly she gives nasty looks like if you want to be soo nasty why work customer service???, The tall black woman with glasses and the Afro is only nice when she wants to be. Seems like they have personal issues with strangers, There are 2 other women that work there that are awful and unprofessional always mumbling stuff under their stink behind breath. The only good customer service actually comes from the male workers all except for about 2 women that work there are the only ones that will treat you like you’re a human being. I have soo many stories about the experience that I have received especially from 2 employees in particular which are a compete HOTMESS. One is tall and kind of resembles Britney Griner and one is short and light skin. Awful awful ladies and horribly rude. I completely stopped visiting racetrac all together bc they are soo nasty towards me when I come in.I hope one day that all those women loose their job and they replace them with good ppl that actually love their job!!
