I am a woman of 81, the last few months I have cast on my right arm and left was also injured. I had to ask for help out because, even if I wasnt injured I still need help out with grocery items. I spoke to the manager at the time about this and she assured me she would take care of this. On saturday the 16th of Sept, I was in line to check out and managed to get 1 case of water on belt to check out, lady asked me to put it bank in cart as she could not lift it. , the girl that was bagging was worried about time she would get off work, no help out or even offer. I see nothing has changed , may take my shopping elsewhere.

Store to small , parking not very big always congested, deli is so slow and some employees talking to much. Lottery line have not always the right person for the job, some of products like fruits are to old, spoil to fast .

Over the years, the professionalism of the pharmacy team has been steadily declining. Competent personnel are relocating somewhere else and leaving (us) the patients in disarray.

gluing together turkey pieces to make it look like you are getting a nice big portion...shame on you! i spend the extra money on greenwise assuming i am getting a better organic product. that Transglutaminase (meat glue), is not organic...nor is it wanted by your customers! i realize they use this practice on cheap roasts and steaks, but to use it on turkey...really!?! i also have witnessed over my last few visits that certain customers are egg swapping...putting organic eggs in the cheaper egg cartons! you need to find a way to stop that. once again, i purchase organic products for a medical reason, and i feel like i am being cheated/poisoned by this practice. at first i thought they were swapping out broken eggs. but, they had 3-4 cartons open...cheap eggs and organic eggs...shuffling them around.

I wanted to give a shout-out to Eleonora in the deli and sub making section. She made sure to greet everyone who came to the counter to order and made great small talk with all the guests. Her positivity was the high light of my experience which is a lot considering how much we love the subs. Thank you to that woman again. Best public employee!

Horrible pharmacist Joe is currently playing bartender with patients medications for chronic conditions. He refuses to refill these medications based off of FL DEA laws that do not exist. Joe needs to be schooled on these laws as well as being reminded that there are distinct differences between a pharm D degree and MD. Joe should not be working with patients as he is creating a medical liability for Publix pharmacy.

We have been coming to this Publix for years, while the service has always been great I wanted to make mention of an exceptional employee....Trinell, he is always helpful and really welcoming. He is like the face of this Publix. Kudos to you for doing such a wonderful job.
