I ABSOLUTELY HAD TO SHARE THE MOST WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AT A BANK.AND IT WAS WITH MELISSA AT THE PNC LEESBURGMELISSA WENT OUT OF HER WAY TO HELP ME WITH A SERIOUS ISSUE IN WHICH SHE DID RESOLVE AND I AM SO VERY GRATEFUL FOR HER WONDERFUL HELP. People who we dealt with were very nice . We needed to open account to buy a home in leesburg. Opened account they printed cheques as well as they made us a debit card on the spot . I could not have asked for more .

There are ok when you deposit money. But try to wire tx or take it put in large amounts and you will be contacted by there security and accused of laundering money. Thats what happened to me and the security person jozetta close by checking account without my permission, and I wouldn't have know it if I hadn't gone online to pay my credit cards. No reason given. This location is the absolute worst!! I've been with PNC in both MI and Tampa but am closing my accounts strictly because this branch staff is so incompetent and there isnt another branch even remotely close I can go to instead.

The customer service is great, been a member of this bank for almost a decade. But the outside by the automatic machines are filthy, covered in dead mosquitoes and spiders and spiderwebs, almost afraid to put my hand near it. See photo.

We applied for a loans to build a house 3 month's egos...we where told he will take 2 weeks...After one month the amount we ask for went down from 147.000 to 75.000 still waiting fews weeks for the closing, but the loans wend downs to 70.000 and then they went down to40.000..This bank is a nightmare...By the way I have 206.000 thousands dollars in investments in that bank..we told them to close the deal....will diffinitely closed my checking ..credit cards.. and my investments very shortly..

Most shocking horrible treatment, never have I ever complained about an establishment, I’m always super easy to work with and super friends , I Went to PNC Bank in Leesburg to take money out of my account & they started asking me how I got money in my account and where certain deposits came from!?!?! I had to stay in the bank for over 20 mins while they “verified” where certain money came from. It just didn’t seem right to me that I’m going to the bank to take money out of MY account and I’m being asked why and how Money was IN my account, I didn’t start an argument I politely let them take their time to verify that I wasn’t “breaking the law”, I kindly and patiently waiting for my money , then asked for everyone’s first and last name in there.

This bank is full of incompetent unprofessional people. You have a teller named Stephanie who asks too many questions which have nothing to do with your account she just wants to be all up in your business. It is sad to see the old people leave and new people come in acting like they know how to deal with customers when they actually make it worse for customers. PNC is a great Bank but we are definitely not going to come to this location again.

This bank is terrible, which is a nicer word than I really want to use. I tried calling for three days, and no on has ever answered the phone. It leaves me on hold for 7 minutes, and then drops me. If this is how they do business, I’m taking my money out and going elsewhere.

This place is amazing. Had an issue where someone skimmed my debit card and PNC did everything they could to protect me and my money. There was no waiting no arguing. They did what they could to make it right. I will keep banking here for that reason.
