I visit this particular location pretty frequently and I must say the manager and staff are always very pleasant, helpful, smiling and friendly. I normally spend about an hr. chatting with the manager (it takes me a while to make up my mind). She’s very helpful and very knowledgeable. I’ve shopped here so much she knows my style… I’m always looking for jewelry with hearts on it and she always points me in the right direction. My latest visit on Saturday (10/5) resulted in not only purchasing jewelry but getting a new ear piercing. She made the process smooth and easy!

I went with my Mom to get her ears re-pierced. The staff were very professional and answered all of our questions. We were very impressed by the sanitary process they followed and the explanation they gave for after care.

Took my boyfriend here to get his ears pierced! Antoinette was very helpful throughout the whole experience. Helped us pick the best earrings for his ears. ? Definitely recommend getting your ears pierced here. Great quality jewelry! ?

I was here this past Monday for a piercing and the employee that helped me was so nice and knowledgeable. If I had based my appointment on the reviews, I would have chosen a different location so I'm glad I didn't do that!

We had a great experience at Banter on Sunday. They were very busy but the mother/daughter who were working there were amazing. One group of about 6 females was there getting their ears pierced and they were professional and very personable. They sanitize the chair between each customer, use sterilized equipment. Take their time to ensure placement. We laughed a lot and felt at ease. I had two pairs of earrings placed and am very happy with the entire experience. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I brought my daughter here to get her ears pierced, and the ladies were amazing with her! There was also another little girl who wanted hers pierced but was scared, and they were so kind and patient with her as well.
