I just purchased a 2014 used highlander at Philips Toyota. The salesperson Ashley was low key and professional allowing me to make my own decision. They even handled me well when I financed through my bank rather than the dealership. They have a lot of great employees. Didn't meet them all, but the ones who dealt with me did very well.

As soon as we met salesperson Anthony Duran, we knew we were in good hands. He really listened to the style & design features we wanted, showing us a selection of vehicles that checked all the right boxes for us.
It was fun & stress free, right through the necessary paperwork - expertly handled by (equally personable) Burt.
We give our car shopping/buying experience at Phillips Toyota two thumbs up! ??

If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! Every single person here was so nice and incredibly helpful, but I want to shout out Duey the most! I drove an hour and a half to car shop on Wednesday, I came in with a pre-approval letter and ready to buy a car. I was turned down up the road by another dealership (although I already had financing set up) and decided to give Phillips Toyota a try... BEST DECISION EVER. Duey greeted my sister and I on the lot and took us inside to show us some cars on the computer while they appraised my trade in. After checking out a couple cars, I wasn’t 100% sure I was going to drive off with anything that day. I did fall in love with a used Hyundai Kona(the car I was originally shopping for that day), although I wasn’t sure if it was going to be in my price range. Duey pulled some numbers for me with my trade in and showed me exactly what my monthly payments were going to be. Not one time did I feel pressured to get into a car that day. After the test drive and having more of an interaction with Duey, I knew I was heading home with my Kona that day. Every step was so smooth and easy and I didn’t feel an ounce of stress through the whole process. As I was going to drive away we had an issue with the battery and Duey told me to take it down the road to Hyundai as it was under warranty and they should take care of it. Hyundai was not very helpful (or friendly to be honest) and would not change the battery as it was aftermarket. I called Phillips back and they told me to bring it back in and they immediately replaced it with a brand new battery. It’s been 3 days now and I have zero regrets on my decision to shop at Phillips Toyota. I just checked my mail and I had a very nice card waiting for me from Duey congratulating me on my new car. When they tell you they are treating you like family there, they absolutely mean it. If I find myself in the market for a new car in the future, I have no doubts that I will make the drive to Phillips, not matter how far it is! THANK YOU FOR BEING AWESOME!

Don’t ever go here for a repair. Got taken advantage of for an oil leak. $2300 and the repair wasn’t needed. Went back when I was still getting spots on my driveway. They tried to tell me I had another leak but on the wrong side of my truck. Turned out to be a leaking oil bottle I had inside. Despicable!! Shame on them!

Sam Thomas is a gem. He sold us our 2021 Tacoma TRD Sport. I went to another Toyota dealership and however soon as I arrived to Phillips it was hands down the right place. Great shopping experience. Great people.

Brand new to Florida and stopped in without an appointment to see about buying new tires. Got a good deal on the tires and met the Service Manager and my Service Writer Candie Henderson could not have been nicer! Was so nice to be able sit on a bench outside to wait for my car to be finished. I buy my tires at the dealer because I get a 2 year road hazard warranty AND free tire rotations for the life of the tires. Couldn't have been more pleased.
