“Dr. Wallace is caring and warm. He's helped me and my son tremendously. I find him to be an empathetic and highly intelligent care provider. Watching someone you love suffer is difficult and Dr. Wallace was the lifeline my son needed to start to heal. Even though I only see him 3-4 times a year he always remembers me and our previous discussions. While I can't know the experience of others, I would question any review of Dr. Wallace that isn't mostly positive. Sadly, the administrative staff do leave much to be desired but the genuine goodness of Dr. Wallace warrants the five star rating.”
“I went to this Walmart pharmacy about 2 weeks ago to get a prescription filled, Since I just moved down here. All in all, they did a great job. Even though when I first went there they said they were going to text me, or call me, in three or four days when the prescription was ready. They never did. So I had to call them to find out what was going on.nthey said oh yeah , we got your prescription. Luckily I didn't run out of his prescription because that would have been a problem.”

“There's an old saying that if you want great service and top-quality products, you can't get low prices. I prefer quality and service, so I love Publix. That being said, their BOGO deals are very price-competitive so I look for them. Furthermore, their house-brand products are always very good quality and much less expensive than most name-brand options.”

“I have never had an experience where I would rate a visit to an emergency room a five, but somehow UF Health did it. My 91 year old mother cut her arm. As she is on blood thinners, she ripped off a lot of skin and it wouldn't quit bleeding. When we arrived they immediately triaged her and put us in a room. Within minutes, the ARNP was in there taking care of her. They did some tests, and while we were waiting for the results they brought us some blankets without our even asking because it was very cold. They wrapped her arm up really well with a bandage that would help her clot so she would quit bleeding and gave us a referral to wound care. All of the staff we encountered went out of their way to show kindness and help us in any way possible. I definitely was pleasantly surprised how much they made a bad situation not so bad. Kudos UF Health.”
