“Leesburg Humane Society is the most amazing animal shelter I’ve ever seen! The staff is incredible & the facility is so full of warmth, comfort & love. The kitty areas are like home! The accommodations for both kitties & poochies are full of free time, outdoor activities, comfy beds, toys, fresh food, water & so clean! Volunteers come in regularly to visit & help socialize all the fur babies. I love that they get to run & play, not cooped up in cages & kennels all day. They are all safe & loved. I adopted the most precious Basset/Beagle mix named Lea. She stole my heart from the moment I met her. I’m so grateful to Elizabeth for going above & beyond to rescue this sweet girl! She made the adoption process so easy & stress free. I can’t say enough about this wonderful place!”
