Got our family gun back in pieces with new issues putting it back together. Waited a month when quoted a week for a simple job also got requoted almost 3x the cost to do the job . With no updates in between even when we called up there. So definitely wouldn’t waste your time or risk further damage to your sentimental or valuable guns.

Very racist. Would not even help us because we are Hispanic. Stared at us with so much aggression just for being in the store. I felt very uncomfortable and decided to purchase elsewhere.

My husband and I have both had our shotguns cleaned here. They did a great job on them.My husband also just purchased a gun from Pat's that he's been searching for! Great price, beautiful gun and he is tickled to death.

I have been doing business with this company since moving to the area in 2003. I have never had bad service, nor problems buying a gun in stock or through an FFL transfer. The Staff has always been respectful.

Do NOT buy anything from this business. I have NEVER been treated so badly. They were rude and did not even try to assist me. I have never left a review like this, but every person should be treated with decency. If this business was in my hometown, it would be out of business. Bad business!!!
