Switched to Orkin, from Florida Pest. My neighbor uses Orkin and never had a problem. I felt sorry for Florida Pest for 2 years, and each time screwed up everything they did. The owner called and said he can't find competent employee's. Just had a service done. Explained what was going to be done, why, what to expect, follow-up, date of next service, have a nice day. That is everything I wanted + I trust him. Can't ask for more !
