Great place for a car wash. Love the free vacs, towels and cleaning agents. Was disappointed that my car really didn't get clean this time in spots.

I normally do not have any problems here. I have an unlimited pass on one of my cars, but I had to take the other one in to get washed after Milton. Paid full price but was not told the rollers weren't working, so nothing was cleaned on the top of the vehicle. Tried to talk to an attendant, but was only told the rollers were not working. Only got an "I'm sorry". Now have to go to another car wash to get the remainder of the dirt off.

I have been trying to get a hold of someone to cancel a subscription car wash (for my father) and have left several messages and no one ever returns my phone call. I have also tried to cancel online and haven’t been able to. I have now had him take it up with his credit card company.
