Horrible experience with this place twice first time and where about 4 months ago and asked for a $45 plan and then after I pick which one I want she goes and grabs a case and a screen protector so I asked her if those are included with the phone she said yes they are so when I'm getting ready to cash out she tells me it's $127 I asked her how she said oh it's just connection fees and then it comes to find out that she was charging me for the case in the screen protector and she's charging me for a higher plan so then I decided to be nice and give them a try again yesterday and she charged me for the $80 plan after I repeatedly said $40 she even told me which phone's I can get with that plan and charged me $23 for it aft even though it's says free I am so disgusted with this place and I pray they get shut down because this has been happening to everyone that goes on there lately

Got a phone last not paid for one the phones right but the other one was not. They put two different numbers on the same phone. I paid for the same phone twice even though it was to be two different phones.

Been a customer here for sometime and used to have good service and knowledge able people and honest ...don't buy any insurance 2 times I have bought it from them was told I'm covered but when try to use it metro says I do not have any....also left a 20 dollar deposit to hold on a upgrade phone...but with covid problem was not able to get into store at arranged time..asking only for the 20 dollars to go toward a phone cover was told no ....so manager pocketed 20 dollars....either this store is not processing insurance correct..or lying to customers...very disappointed.how I was treated...
