I've been a customer of Metro since the pandemic and I can say, the branches, the staff members are great. I have a problem with the Idians or the Non-American people they have in Customer Service. I believe that we as American consumes NEED American Customer Service Reps. The Indians or Middle Easterners do not care about the American customer's needs. Why should they? I almost ended my 3-year relationship with Metro based off the Non-American customer service.

I've been coming there for years. But my last visit was terrible. I was told that it comes with a free screen protector and all it was was the thin piece of plastic that they ship all phones with.And they didn't even help with putting my email address on the phone

Today 3/17 at 7:00 went in metro to buy 2 new phones and accessories and the heavy set lady with dark long hair party much rushed me out the door. She was VeRY rude when I asked about a phone she quickly replied that she didn’t have any . I asked about another phone and same response. She didn’t Offer to show me the other phones that were in stock.. didn’t say she could order the phone or when it would come in.. she obviously did not want my business and on top of all that she was very unprofessional.. won’t be returning back to that store EVER!!

It is great everything we go in. Mr. Bill is amazing! His customer service is wonderful and he answers every questions as well as greet every person that comes in. I only go in when he is there because I know that I am going to get fantastic service. Thank you, Mr. Bill!!
