The problem with Mattress Firm is their delivery service, they have the only delivery service that can't read instructions or use a phone they lied to us and promised to deliver to us later in the day so we waited and still no delivery then they set up a new delivery three days later and once again no delivery so at that point we canceled our purchase

A very good experience shopping at Mattress Firm today. The sales person named Kent was very knowledgeable and honest about the different mattresses that were available. We appreciate it the fact that he did not use any high pressure tactics but just stuck to the facts.

Scott was our salesman. Very nice and easy to work with. Came to this location after visiting the other Leesburg location and not getting much help there. Scott made the whole process easy, found all the information we were looking for and didn’t try ti talk us into stuff we didn’t need. The other guys there made nice conversation and interacted with my daughter while dad did all the boring paperwork. Was able to walk out with purchase so didn’t use delivery services. Would return.

I recommend this location! The manager was very knowledgeable, kind and not trying to just sell a mattress but understood my health issues and recommended a perfect mattress for me. Will definitely be back.

Jason was so helpful. We purchased a queen set 6 years ago and love it but now want a king. He looked up our order and found that they don’t carry the exact same mattress so he did his research and found the direct alternative. The price was reasonable and delivery is in 2 days. This is the third time we’ve purchased from this location. We’ve always been treated with respect and no pressure. He made sure we knew all of our options. Great service!
