HORRIBLE customer service. Whenever I come to return a simple item I have a 20 minute wait. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not do store returns here.

It is an ok place, I would likea personnel at the appliance area a little bit more optimistic about their job, they seemed to just wanting to go home, this feeling it has been the same the 3 times I needed to go there to choose appliences. They messed up the delivery time.Other than that I guess is ok.

They moved a lot of things, I asked a young lady for help and she found the item and came back to get me and show exactly where it was.

Did not use the Pro Service. Needed plumbing supplies. The reason for 4 instead of 5 i am getting tired of self check out. No open registrar and now I have to find someone to verify Military service 20 minutes later I'm leaving with only to other people in front of me.

Found almost everything I needed. Seems to be lacking somewhat in employees. Apparently par for the course these days. The one gentleman that assisted me in the wood department also checked me out. He was everywhere doing everything.

Lowes in Leesburg has extremely poor store management. Store management and corporate policy is not pro-customer. We bought soil there recently -the 2 cubic ft bags - and needed help to get them into the car. The associate called for assistance at least 3 times and no one came. Customer Service then tried calling and no one came. After waiting for just under an hour, had to leave and struggled with the bags. I am still wincing from back pain. Can you believe that there were Lowes staff walking around that would not help as it was not their department?!!!! Terrible store

I went in the Largo Fl store looking for a frost blanket for my plants. The lady in the Garden Center at the cash register was very nice and tried to get someone to help. She called over and over and 4 different people said they would get it. Excuse after excuse. It was too high and needed a fork lift. they didnt have a key to the gate. They couldnt do it without help. After 20 minutes of excuses I could see the young kids working there didnt care by their remarks and it just wasnt going to get done. One Spanish kid only had glib answers and had no intention of helping. One kid was wearing a darkened full face shield similar to a motorcycle shield and looked more like he was a terrorist than an employee. Lowes has really gone down hill. They all blame covid still and a lack of working employees. Here at Christmas you would think the attitude of helping would exist but not with the new society. I went to Home Depot and purchased it with no problem. I did call to report it to a store manager and after waiting for ten minutes on the phone I finally got someone that said the manager was gone but he was a department manager and would walk back to check on these issues. I will not be back to this store.

This Lowes is like a breath of fresh air compared to the nuts crowded ones inside The Bubble. The day I visited it was clean and well-stocked, and all the staff I dealt with were pleasant. I successfully obtained everything I went in for, like a jug of Simple Green, that stuff is great.
