I had a great experience getting my car here. Breanna was absolutely wonderful - respectful, very responsive, but not at all pushy. I live several hours away, and everything was ready for me ahead of time...all I had to do was test drive and sign. I was looking at several cars, and my experience with this dealer vs the others was a big part of my final decision. I'm very happy with my vehicle, and I would be thrilled to work with Breanna again!

Our car broke down in Orlando after a baseball tournament. We called Key Scales Ford, and Breanna started working immediately to help us. We had our car towed to the dealership and left with our new car! They stayed late to help us and we were able to get home!

Excellent service and honesty. This is the 2nd time I've taken my 2020 Ford Expedition in for service. Last October I moved to the Villages. I took the vehicle in because my local oul change place in NY told me I needed a list of things fixed. After Key Scale ford looked it over, I needed a couple of filters changed and that was it. Today I took my vehicle in again because the local oil change place told me I needed all new tires among other things. Sure enough all was fine when It was looked at. Be aware of local tire places upselling and making up things to get you to spend your money. No more oil change places for me. Only Key Scale Ford.

Had a pleasant experience with Sarissa and her team at Key Scales Ford. She was great, easy to work with, and understanding of customers’ needs and emotions. I could tell she had more at heart than just closing a deal. Very thankful things worked out the way they did during my visit.

One of the worst experiences at a Ford dealership. Two weeks ago, I started looking for a Ford dealership because I noticed a vibration in my 2022 Ford Maverick, which I thought could be an issue with one of the CV axles, as it’s a common problem. This dealership is the closest to my house. When I arrived, I was attended by Tom from the service department. First, he told me that my truck wasn’t under warranty (when it actually was—my truck has 42,000 miles, and depending on the component, it can be covered up to 60,000 miles, plus I have an extended warranty, but this person simply didn’t care or bother to check). He told me they were fully booked and that I couldn’t leave my truck without an appointment, which is a lie because I’ve dropped off my truck without an appointment at other Ford dealerships before. Then, he said he would take my information to schedule an appointment and that they would call me. It’s been exactly 17 days since Tom wrote down my information on a piece of paper, which I was sure would lead to nothing—and I was right, no one has called me. Who writes down an appointment on a piece of paper when there’s a computer with the scheduling system right in front of them? I’m still waiting. He treated me poorly, didn’t like that I corrected him about the warranty, and offered no solution whatsoever. I’m glad I decided to go to another Ford dealership, even though I had to drive almost an hour to get there—the service was 10/10. I wouldn’t recommend using this dealership’s service under any circumstances, and if you go, make sure to ask for someone other than Tom to assist you.

Horrible dealer. They have owed me money for 2 months and just keep giving me the go around. These people will rip you off and take your money. I again will be contacting a lawyer in order to get what's still owed by them back plus more now. This has been the worst car buying experience I have ever had in my life. I DO NOT recommend KEY SCALES FORD
Key Scales, I will be there 9/14 to collect what's owed to me. This will be the last time I try before my lawyer gets involved.
Sarissa was awesome.i highly recommend her. Great experience. Smooth process. One of a kind dealer.

David Lynch was our salesman. We bought a used vehicle for our kids. First vehicle for them. David was very kind, knowledgeable, prompt, and communicative with us throughout the process. We were contacted from the time we came to the lot for the first look to when we bought it. Erin in finance was great. She was quick with paperwork, which in car buying, doesn’t happen often. This is a great place to buy a car. We were treated like family. We will definitely come back. Thanks so much!
