I've been getting my oil changed and service on my vehicles for 45 years across America, and my experience at Jenkins Hyundai on 9/10/2024 was the best in my life. David Shahid my service advisor provided the best customer service I have received. He was motivated, polite, knowledgeable and resourceful in accomplishing my experience. While I waited for my Santa Fe to be serviced, he connected me with Jason Caprario for accessories options for the Santa Fe, and with Matt Enix to discuss extended warranty options. Everything went smooth and I completed all my tasks while being there during time my Santa Fe was being serviced...and they provided popcorn and coffee. Thank you for the excellent service!!

I leased a vehicle from this Hyundai on 8/18. A brand new vehicle. There is no way this vehicle passed the inspection and they ethically sold it to me. On my first drive away from the dealership the screen was flashing on and off. It would go black while I’m driving. I can’t see the speed. When it comes back on it’s flashing all the warning lights and then it would go black again. And not to mention there were spider webs all over the car and in the spots of there the cameras were and everything.
This dealership is not close to my house so on 8/22 I took it to another Hyundai and it has been being “repaired” since then. The whole computer system needs to be replaced and now I’m going on 3 weeks of the car being there. I drove the new car a total of 4 days since I leased it. It is still there as of today on 9/10. The dealership repairing it is a whole other complaint of its own with awful customer service. But I am upset with Jenkins Hyundai for selling me a defective car.
On 8/27 I called the Hyundai corporate office and filed a complaint about Wesley chapel Hyundai as well as the Jenkins Hyundai of Leesburg that sold me the car.
On 8/27 I also filed a complaint with the better business bureau (BBB)
On 9/7 I have filed a complaint with the attorney generals office.
I have never been in this situation in my life. Hyundai has proven to be a disgusting company. I am waiting for my refund of my down payment- my first months payment as well as the time and stress that’s been put into this garbage.

9/7/'24. On Wednesday, September 4th 2004 I took my daughter's vehicle here to get a repair done for the same exact item that my daughter took her vehicle here approximately one month ago and was charged over $300.00 to complete the repair. After getting charged $90.00 a second time, Just to look at the vehicle, even though I complained about the fact that we got charged all this money the first time, You would think if they really cared about customer servicee, they wouldn't charge me the second time to look at the vehicle after charging us all that money the first time, but I digress. Anyways after approximately an hour and a 1/2 later, As I was sitting in the break room listening to a salesman behind me trying to sell an older gentleman with medical issues, A few $500/ month payment on a new electric car, which I doubt he was able to afford, they came back with an estimate of over $900 to fix the car. I told them no, thank you. I will get it repaired someplace else. So then I went down the street, about two miles east, to the nearest pep boys and got the same repairs done for a little over $400, and the person at pep boys even said that I didn't need two of the items that the dealership tried to charge me for. This is exactly why I do not like to go to dealerships for any type of car repairs, unless they are under manufacturer warranty, because I don't trust them, because they try to rip you off. Shame on the service department at this place! By the way, I went there again today this time with my vehicle, for free service related maintenance, and again they tried to sell me on some other services that I don't necessarily need right away, and I guarantee I can get them done for about half the costs, at the pep boys down the street, which is where I will be going again. Again, I will say shame on the greedy people In the service department.

Tara was awesome, she was, so attentive, & so helpful, as we had forgotten our coupons.
And made sure our sticker for maintenance was on the dash, and the reminder was indeed reset for our next oil change finally for the 1st time. Thanks oodles!

Set my appointment by the texting service. I like this because I can set the time I want so it's convenient for me. I needed to have recall work done and they had it done quickly. When I arrived I was greeted and asked what I was having done. Told them, went into the office and got all paperwork done. Had an extra key made and was told no problem. The price I was quoted was the same and was not tried to be up sold on anything else. This is what I like. The people there are great. If you own a Hyundai and need service Jenkins is the place to go.
