I was very disappointed. Agent hardly knew how to do anything. Called other people 4 or 5 times for instructions. I am not sure my taxes are done correctly. That’s a bad feeling and I paid a lot of money for it. I would like someone in your company with more knowledge to check to see if it is correct. Is that a possibility?

The building is sort of shabby, and not particularly inviting. My preparer was competent and friendly. When I received my copy of my return, the ink was so Light I could barely read it. I mentioned this, but the preparer just shrugged. He stapled together the few pages of my return and didn’t even put a folder around it. The price was above alternative preparation services available. And I would say not worth it. All in all a fair but not great experience
