This is such a unique park. The residents here are so friendly. It just has a very special feel about it. The park is clean and quiet. The fishing dock is very nice. You encounter lots of wildlife. The lots are kept up via the park. You're encouraged to make your lot your own. The staff are friendly and sweet. I will be sad when we leave to go back home. I highly recommend HCRV.

Needs oversight. Needs to be maintained on the outside and renovation of homes since they are completely outdated.

Beautiful and well maintained landscaping. Clean bathrooms. Only stayed 2 nights for the Leesburg Bike Fest,but I definitely can see this as a place I'd like to visit again. There are many long term residents, who have very cute yards. This is a 55+ yr old campground, great for adults seeking peace and quiet. Electric and water hookup at sites. Picnic table provided at each site. I would recommend!

My sister inlaw lives here, nice and clean environment. Good people live here, mostly elderly people. I would definitely think about living here if I had an rv to set up.

Stayed for a weekend softball tournament. Had a very nice time. Park is quiet and peaceful. Management was friendly, and the hookups are all there. You had better know how to back into a spot with the camper. Not a lot of pull through spots. Loads of trees and shade. Not a big open field. Stores nearby. Circle K right across from the site makes it very convenient. Will be back.

Some lots are very well kept, and others are not.Didnt see anything to do there if you don't have a boat.But for the area, it is one of the nicer places.

I started out in 2020 with only going to stay for 3 months. It is now 2023 and I am still here. I can't believe the negative reviews that I read here. I can honestly say they are not against gay couples. I won't name names but they reside here. I also take umbrage with the women who wrote those horrible lies about the managers and owners. We all know someone who has a negative out look on life, hence no matter what you do for them it is not enough. With that said, this RV Village is a 55 and older community as stated. It is well run and clean. Free access to boat ramps and a beautiful dock. Anyone who stayed here prior to the new owners Sue and George need to check out all the improvements they have made. It's a wonderful environment whether for one day or longer. You will make new friends or enjoy your solitude. No one is pushy here and your stay here can be as enjoyable as you make it. Come and find out for yourself. But don't be surprised if they are booked. It is a pretty common occurrence especially during the winter months.

I've been at this park for almost a year - it's been an EXCELLENT experience.This park is nestled within a lovely natural setting right on the water with a nice boat dock/ramp for very convenient fishing & kayaking access. The owners & manager do a great job of keeping the property clean, safe, and welcoming for everyone. They have plenty of community activities year round - and everyone here is super friendly & helpful to one another.I also appreciate that this park does a very thorough job of screening people before they stay here, keeping all of the residence safe & sound. It's peaceful, quiet, and never an ounce of trouble.
