It’s been a week and the realtor has yet to recoup our escrow money. Haven’t gotten a straight answer about it either. Hopefully the realtor will eventually do the ethical thing and send the needed paperwork to the title company before 2023 is over.

If you are considering using ERA Grizzard as property management, stay clear of Diane Schlosser. You pay her for services, but yet she works harder for the tenant!!! Extremely displeased!

Team schlosser Diane and Kyle are great property management. I have rented for 2 years and they made my rental experience easy. I would like to thank them for the rental and hopefully be renting from them in the future.

We rented a home in the Plantations for three months. Left two weeks early. Felt property manager could have more upfront and helpful as to the limitations of the house. Surprised that cleaning charge was $150.00 when told it was $135. House was just as clean when we left as it was when we got there. All in all, quite disappointed. Could go on and on but will stop here

VERY POOR! When you schedule a appointment with an agent (GENIE MULDOON), drive 90 minutes to meet, and they don't show up or respond to our calls, that is NOT the type of service or person you want to deal with!Just a waste of our time!

Jamie Correia, the property manager for the house we rented took care of issues with the rental in very timely manner. She was very professional and friendly. The website of ERA Grizzard which we used to submit service request was very easy to use and every submission we made was given immediate attention by Jamie. She is simply the best property manager we ever had. She took care of us from the beginning until the issuance of the security deposit refund after we moved out.

She is the best property manager you can ask for. Jamie is amazing, respectful, understanding, and provides professional and exceptional services at all times. I’ve tried multiple times to reach out to this company to look at different properties and it’s all the same no matter the agents. No one returns your phone calls no one’s at the office and Dan’s listing is all over Leesburg yet he does not pick up the phone or communicate correctly with anybody. If you’re going to look for property please don’t waste your time with this company..
