“Been w/ T-Mobile seems like my whole cell phone life. They are all pretty good and get to you as fast as possible, depending on the day you go, that is. So, I'm kinda old & slow and not so good w/ Tech. But this young man Sergio Gil, who helped my husband that day, was so nice & patient in assisting me also. My device was so sensitive, that when I found what I was looking for it would disappear when I picked the thing up. It happened while I was at T Mobile and I just mentioned in passing how annoying it was. Sergio asked to see it. Don't know what magic thing he did, but don't have that issue any more. Thanks again Sergio.”
