Dennis and his mother were very helpful in guiding us to frame our paintings!! They have a beautiful, varied supply of frames and modest prices. Dennis even took the time to look up some art shows for us in the area! Thanks a bunch!!

Ok I'm giving them 5 stars just for being there.Nice,well organized little shop with amazingly accommodating and genuinely helpful and knowledgeable staff.Unfortunately,they are small and somewhat limited but that to be expected in the area.They didn't have what I needed on my recent trip in,I hope to be able to shop there in the future.

Helpful! Completely new to all of this, I went in to get some supplies for an art class I was taking. The lady who helped me was very helpful and tried to get me exactly what I needed for the class and did not try to oversell to me in any way, which I really appreciate. I will be back to this store as my artistic journey continues!

I brought Dennis a very complicated job with many items that needed to be incorporated into a multi-piece grouping including a shadow box, and he helped my bring my vision to life in a way that was better than I could have imagined. He was easy to work with, helpful, and his expertise was clear. I would recommend him very strongly for any framing project you may have.

This rant has nothing to do with the quality of work completed by DK Art Supply. I was very pleased with the overall quality and workmanship of the piece I received.Regardless of how well the piece was completed, the customer service provided was well below average.I called a week before my due date and was given attitude and strict instructions that I called too early & that the framer still had time to complete my order.I called on the due date and was given the same run around about how the framer was still working on my project. I asked about an updated date for when it would be completed, and she wouldn't provide me with anything.I called one additional time to check up after that and was given an attitude and no real due date.After that call I decided to just wait for the company to call me to let me know when it was done. There was never an updated due date provided to me. I finally received my project from DK art supply 2 weeks after the proposed time they gave me.Overall, the quality of work was fantastic, however the customer service, attitude, & no real update to my work was the biggest let down for this transaction.

We have used their framing services many times. They always have ideas on how to make the piece I am framing better - and usually at the same cost. They do not try to upsell you. Their work is always spectacular.
