I loved my experience with Cricket in Leesburg. Overall great costumer service, the young lady (Citlali) who helped me was very patient, professional, explained everything very well. Will definitely be returning.

I purchased a new phone yesterday and it isn't holding a charge. I've only used the phone for 2 short phone calls that were barely 5 minutes each. I haven't used it for anything else. When I called the store the representative I spoke with told me this is normal and there is nothing she could do. She was rude. I've tried calling 611 and still haven't been able to get through to anyone to help. Once they had my money they don't care about helping with anything.
