Gianna is fantastic...the best source of help and dedication to customer service I've ever found in the Xfinity/Comcast world. She was personable, helpful and tenacious in dealing with the company bureaucracy and getting us to the right level of help, which included using her contacts to get expedited action. A great asset for Xfinity and a stellar example of customer service.

Let me tell you how lacking the customer service is here and in the company itself. Having multiple issues with the modem they sent me, I came in to address them and they just told me to go home and do it from there. Their customer service chat feature told me to go IN to the store. All around, if they weren't the only Internet provider in my area, I would've NEVER been a customer

Waiting g around in their showroom seems to be the order of the day with Concast or Xfinity...service is slow,employees appear to be clueless asto what their job is and trying to get a straight answer about billing(surprise charges) is darn near impossible...I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy...signed: looking for another provider because customer service doesn't seem to exist..only the runaround..

This company is such a freaking scam!!! Overcharging me monthly for 3 lines when I should have been only charged for 2!!!! Even with WiFi these people over charge even with the ACP I CAN NOT WAIT TO GET OUT OF THIS COMPANIES SYSTEM!! I will NEVER recommend ANYONE!! Customer service is ALWAYS clueless and does not notate accounts !

Went to the store expecting to have to put up a fight with the issues I was having with my internet. Couldn’t work on my computer and stream a Roku device at same time. Same plan for the last 3 years but not working at this location.After taking a number for service I was now believing I was now going to have to control my temper. They upped my speed and it was working worse than ever. They called my number and I explained my issue. They asked if I received a text stating that I needed to update my modem for free? I stated I thought it was a sales scam. Indeed it was not a scam.They gave me a newer model modem I brought it home and like magic internet fixed.Thank you Comcast

I got their highest data plan for internet service since I work from home and need a reliable connection. For nearly 18 months I experienced being dropped off video conferences or outages anywhere from 5-15 times per day (mostly during peak working hours). When I called customer service they saw no problems and could not help with my problem. I have ultimately switched over to Starlink. This may be where I live -- everyone here says the internet service with Xfinity is horrible but you still pay each month like everyone else who gets reliable service. Since my career and livelihood depend on a functioning internet I cannot recommend this company.

Horrible Customer service. I'm blind but use internet for home automation. First they sent me a modem that was DOA. Spent 2hrs trying to get by the automated assistant. Finally spoke to a rep( Could hardly speak English) . Assured me I would get a new modem sent and the old one picked up. Well 5 days later after not receiving the replacement I once again spent almost 2 hrs before the automated assistant transferred me to a rep. Only to find that the first rep didn't order a new modem and that they do not pickup the faulty equipment. I asked how am I supposed to return the defective modem she replied " Drive to a service center" I reminded her I was blind and can't drive. She could careless. Requested supervisor and the rep hung up phone. Horrible service.

Kristeena is great. Really friendly and helpful. When we came back to the office after not being in there for a while I didn't even recognize it when I walked in. Great remodel. Much better service since they changed how you were waited on.
