To just drop equipment off I had to wait over 30 minutes. This makes no sense when all that needed to be done was for them to scan the equipment and hand me my receipt. This could have been completed by the woman in the front who was just standing around doing nothing In between checking customer in. Poor customer service Xfinity!

Looking for replacement ISP and see it posted on Nextdoor by many others so it’s a very valid topic. I’ve reported problems with their product and trying to contact a live person is a waste of time. Comcast has swapped out hardware yet the same problems STILL exist since October 2021. Paying too much to a company that allows problems reported 13 months ago. A valid ISP could come into mt Dora and take over a market. By the way, October was a year, the initial introductory “marriage” is over and the price increased. It’s 11/11/22, where to find a valid isp? Tired of no live person. no resolution for continued problems. Just send us your $$$ November 2023, even with hardware swapped out audio still a problem yet audio on phone and laptop are fine. No answer when reporting to xfinity. Update: moved and ISP for the area is Spectrum and 4 months in zero complaints. If Spectrum is an option take a look at them.

I would give this store zero stars but that’s not an option. They are so rude. My husband and I sat for an hour to have 4 people taken ahead of us they can in well after us. They were not told that it was going to be a long wait and that they take appointments ahead of walk ins. The woman who checked us in was so rude. I will not come back to this store.

I went into this store because my iPhone was not accepting a charge from cables. I thought about upgrading my phone but Edgar suggested a much more inexpensive fix, a wireless charger. He could have easily upsold me into another iPhone model but he saved me a ton of money. Edgar’s professionalism and his customer service skills went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you Edgar!

My wife and I had an excellent experience at this store yesterday July 9, 2024. We wanted to add our granddaughter’s cellphone to our family plan. Miranda Otero made this process so easy. She was very knowledgeable and efficient in helping us make this transaction. We certainly appreciate her patience with us while adding this line. Thank you, Miranda for all that you do.

The store workers and supervisor are trash. They overcharged me for something and when I went to ask for help they did not want to do anything. They wouldn’t call or email anyone for help. They were so rude and disgusting behavior when all I asked was for them to put in a request for the charges to be waived and they refused to even try. They were dismissive and had the nastiest attitude. They did not want to even try to help at all. No customer service what so ever. None.

If you want every month to argue over your bill going up for no reason, when your plan does not change, be my guest to sign up. We got tv and internet bundle and since the second month our bill has gone up over $200 for no reason. We call and have to wait on hold a long time to just spend more time arguing to someone you barely can understand. They do not give you a good explanation as to why the bill changed, or are willing to put the price where it should be.

The young woman who took care of me was top draw. There was a problem with my trade in. She got on the phone and spoke to numerous people and got my problem resolved.

worst company ever i order internet thru this company and still dont work , no real people to talk to all computers or agent in text message who cant help you but they sure have their billing department working 2 days after getting the modem i get a bill for services still don't work worse experience of my life i should of stayed with my other internet company they say they will help they don't never received a call but sure will bill me to send someone out to fix a problem that's on their end , nope not paying worst thing ever buyer beware im dropping them asap

Had a great experience - was in the store about a week or so ago as I needed help with my iPhone. Got help from a rep who was professional, courteous, and understanding of my (limited) capabilities! Able to work through my "issues" - and all done with a smile! Thank you for your patience but most of all for your assistance - very much appreciated!!
