called on a Tuesday from Massachusetts for service spoke with Kim she said an advisor would call me back no call so Friday before we had to leave to head to the Harris chain for a bass tournament. i called back Kim again said i have to wait for an advisor to call me. i hung up and called right back spoke with a girl that was the office manager very nice lady had someone call me right back HIs name was Jerrell . he said Monday morning 9am bring the truck in they need it for 2 hours for soft where upgrade on my 2023 trail boss and can give me ride back to the place we are staying at and if the soft where locks them out they would need the truck longer and would make sure i have a tow Vehicle so we would not loose any days of practice... Well i show up early this am to drop truck off no ride back to where we are staying. but they can reschedule i asked for general manager they don't have one.. maybe they need one to over see everyone that are not working together the right hand don't know what the left hand is doing at this dealership please take your cars and trucks some where else that wont jerk you around I did write a complaint with Chevy corporation

Cecil Clark sold me an Impala in 1976. I now deal with his grandson. Over the years I have never been disappointed with the sales or service department. I had to use the body shop once, and could not tell where it had been repaired. The service department is top notch and they answer questions and not only hear your concerns, they actually listen to them . Rich, in Service, is very knowledgeable and makes an effort to take care of the problems.

I cannot say enough great things about this dealership and the wonderful people who work there! I wish I had the same nice things to say about USAA insurance! Thanks to Todd and his team I finally got my car back after 4 months of fighting with USAA who wanted to put after market parts on my new Camaro . Todd fought tirelessly with USAA to get the correct and best parts for my car. The time and dedication to excellent customer service was above and beyond my expectations! Anyone out there who needs a car repaired this is the place to do it you will not be disappointed! Every business should take a page out of this dealerships book as to how to treat a customer from sales to service they ROCK! Thanks to all that had a hand in my case I really appreciate you! Cecil Clark Chevrolet service department did not perform the repairs I paid just under $3,500.00 for correctly, causing further damage to my vehicle and leaving me with most of the original problems as well. Their service department also broke / lost pieces of my truck & declined to repair or replace them. I attempted to allow them the opportunity to make things right & they returned my vehicle to the same technician who then caused further damage. I attempted to reach put to the GM/ Owner Mr. Clark at that point and he would not even let me explain what happened before cutting me off and hanging up on me. Incapable technicians and poor management. Do not reccomend.

I cannot say enough nice things about this dealership and the amazing people who work here! I would give them 10 stars if possible. My husband and I wanted to buy out my lease on my Suburban. We called and spoke with Michael. Michael immediately jumped into action and got us all of the information needed. We spoke with Chuck in Finance and obtained the additional information needed. When it came time to buy our lease out a week later, Michael was at the dealership and greeted us upon arrival. He immediately sat down with us, and we were in and out in under an hour. They even had a kid play area to keep the kids busy. Top notch service, quality staff, honest and caring, and the best Chevrolet dealership I have been to in the State of Florida! I will definitely be back the next time I need to buy a car.

I called Cecil Clark Chevrolet about a listing for a 2022 Chevy blazer. When I looked at the price online, it was $38,000. When I talked to the dealership, the dealer informed me that they charge an extra $5000 fee for this vehicle. They say it's for adjusted market value and that all dealers are doing this. I am now looking for a dealer that does not charge these ridiculous fees.

Nice polite folks working here but 12K over MSRP for a new Tahoe Z71 in stock is just wrong. GM supposedly warned dealers to stop charging over sticker or their supply of new vehicles will be cut off. I guess they did not get the memo.

Took my truck in to get some paint work done on it, and they did a fantastic job from start to finish. Todd did anything and everything he could to answer my questions, and make sure the job got done to my satisfaction
