I was pleased with the initial order for my CPAP Aug. 22, 2023. The issue is with ordering supplies. Due to their order delays, my supplies cannot be obtained until September 12, a full 3 weeks delay in proper maintenance. I actually received the wet box on Saturday. No tracking information is ever supplied, so one doesn't know when to watch for it.
The really rage inducing incident was when i called Dee this morning because I did not receive the water chamber and mine is over a year old and beginning to crack and leak. She informed me that there is no way she didn't include the water chamber on the order. I gave her the date, time and her name because I had written down the information when I ordered. My husband heard me order the supplies and verified that I had ordered the water chamber along with everything else. She said they'll ship it, but charge me for shipping and wanted a credit card to charge the $8 shipping. I explained due to family obligations, I don't know when i can drive the 20+ miles to pick it up.I asked for her manager. He had stepped away. I'll wait. She comes back on and says they'll ship in next order...3 months from now. Not acceptable. I'll be changing providers. Good luck with your supplies, because, according to her, Dee doesn't make a mistake so you're out of luck if she does.

I'm not someone that typically writes reviews but today I want to acknowledge my experience with Breath Easy. I am new to the CPAP life and I want to commend Gail, Steve and Scott for their excellent customer service and personal assistance educating and getting me off to a good start. I highly recommend this health care team to anyone needing these services.

Steve really knows the products, process, and user concerns. I went from knowing zero about CPAP to walking out with full confidence this is the best Unit and treatment for me in just an hour. Save your questions for the end. Steve knew/covered everything. Highly recommended. Thank you Steve.

My initial meeting for the Cpap machine was with Steve Sidor. Steve gave a thorough presentation on how to use the machine and other equipment. He followed up 2 weeks after meeting to ensure all was going ok. Very good experience.
