Got kicked out for taking pictures of the prices, why did they think having a Karen running a convenience store was such a great idea? I don't know

Terrible clerk. The smoker lady with blonde hair. You can tell she doesn't think clearly. I came in for a coke & she said my purse was a backpack & that I had to leave it on the ice cream cooler. I thought it was odd to ask someone to do that but gave her no issues or attitude. Granted it does look like a backpack so I asked if she could put it behind the counter because I had my car keys, phone & wallet in there and all my belongings etc. she said "no one is going to steal your stuff" I was shocked. After I asked her politely that I didn't feel comfortable leaving it there & if she could put it behind the counter & after she told me no. I then did get an attitude with her & said I'm 24 years old. I'm not going to steal anything. I have all my stuff in here & I'm just buying a coke. She said those are the rules & I understood that but it's clearly my purse & I just wanted to out it out of reach from the public. Mind you the entry door is right by the ice cream cooler. I ended up leaving so upset for no reason. I sent my boyfriend in to buy it & to get the owners name or number. She refused & lied to him that I didn't like the rules. I gave her no reason to think I didn't like the rules. I wasn't going to leave my purse on the ice cream cooler & she refused to put my purse behind the counter. I even took out my car keys, wallet & phone because I felt weird just leaving it with a stranger but I was going to do it anyways because it was asked of me. She was shocked when I came into the store after recording the phone call & calling her out in front of people. I know a younger guys who works there sometimes & gives me no issues. The cameras are awesome & I have the audio so there's no argument that I didn't do what she asked me. You can see that I asked her no issues to take my bag & she refused. I left the store shortly after. I came back with my boyfriend & that's when she changed the story.

Had a bad experience with them , owner, knew nothing about order that I made seemed like no connection at all. I Won't have anything else to do with them.

I have had the same issues with this Caucasian lady behind the desk as the other people's reviews. She is very rude and obnoxious, using foul language in front of kids and accusing of stealing from her store. I will not be going back there at all. If I could give a zero star review I would. If the owners read these comments please get rid of her and your business might just pick back up

The lady they have working there is very rude the way she talks to people and the language she uses she shouldn't be working there and the way she talks to people's kids I'm surprised someone hasn't come down there and rocked her world I will not go there nor will I ever go there again. I guess trashy store trashy employees..

Started my morning off a little rough this morning and I went to Bob's if he just to get a drink and I had my son with me in the stroller cuz he's only a one and I got accused of stealing because I walked around the store with the baby stroller my boyfriend was with me and me and him were having a disagreement when we walked in and you know he greeted her hey good morning how are you and I kind of just ignored her cuz I don't want to talk too much people but I walked out of the store after he was done getting what he wanted and while he is in the process of paying she decides to go ahead and not ring in my boyfriend's items and instead sits there with her arms crossed looking at me who walked out of the store saying that that's not all the items he was purchasing she went ahead and said she already walked out of the store how do you expect me to go ahead and see what she was going to get and I my boyfriend told her she didn't have anything it was just these two items and you can go ahead and I'll call her back in so you can look through the cart she said that it was too late she already walked out of first store so he went ahead and called me into the store again and I went to her I said what's wrong and she went ahead and said nothing he just blew up at me when my boyfriend was telling me that I'm getting accused of stealing cuz I had the baby stroller so I gave her permission and I told her if you want to call the cops go ahead and she said that she's not going to call the cops cuz I already left the store which me knowing the books you're supposed to call the cops if you think someone has stolen an item from your store whether they leave or not right so we ended up leaving going to another store and while we were walking past I was talking to my boyfriend and I'm over here hearing her screaming at me cussing at me while I'm on the sidewalk calling me a tweaker because I was unsatisfied with the customer service that I received needless to say she should not be the face of that company and if I had the power too I would try to get her fired because of it this is not a safe place for anyone to go to you will instantly get accused of stealing if you bringing a baby stroller she's very rude calling customer is a tweaker while they're passing because they didn't like the customer service it's just not the proper customer service to handle I wouldn't want anyone else to go to that store and deal with what I just dealt with me and my family just dealt with. Will never go back just for a soda DO NOT GO IF YOU WANT TO BE ACCUSED OF STEALING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Today the Caucasian lady with the thick mustache was very RUDE I told her she was being rude and refused to serve me which was uncalled for she called the police which made me laugh.... SHE IS RUDE BOO TOMATO'S ? TAMATOS
