I just moved to the area in August. Need a windshield repair , I found Big John’s who repaired my windshield. Want an amazing job they did. Very very nice staff. The price was lower than anyone I called. Way lower. I highly recommend them!!!

When you’ve broken your rear windshield, the only thing you can think of is how long it’s going to be before you get it repaired. After being referred to Big John by Mike at Concept Collision, John was able to give us an appointment almost immediately. We ended up having to postpone a day, and Mandy worked with us to get an appointment the following day. They were very amenable to working with us around our schedule. Big John showed up at our house with a very friendly assistant, and they proceeded to replace our broken windshield with a brand new one as fast as you could possibly imagine - great service and reasonable prices! A W P Site Development, who I work for. Needed to replace the "backlight" of a fleet vehicle. I called "Big John's" Mandy answered the phone. We exchanged information. The very next day!! "Big John's" was there fixing out downed fleet truck!! Really the very next day!! There is no greater feeling, than getting what I need done as fast possible!! I wish that when you're in business and you tell your customer you will be at their home or business at 9:00 AM you should. Please don't show up at 10:10 that right there is a red flag do you want to do business with someone that can't show up on time, and then you do a messed up job people today just don't take pride in their work. I wouldn't recommend this Company people with Classic cars expect a professional job they spend lots of money and time on their cars, and want a job well done.

Recently my sunroof busted while I was driving. I had been calling around shops to see who would be able to fix it. Everyone had told me they couldn't help me and that was the end of it. I called Big John’s and spoke to Mandy who was wonderful. Unfortunately they couldn't repair it either. BUT Mandy was wonderful and told me exactly where I needed to go to get it repaired and even told me what to do after that to save me some money. If I ever need repairs in the future I will be going here! Thank you for the exceptional customer service. God bless this company.

I was beyond grateful when I came across them for my window replacement. Him and his daughter went out of their way to help me with my drivers side window that wasn’t working. John even took the time to try to remove the dents from the hood that was also dented from flying up causing the windshield to shatter. I was extremely happy with the extra length they went to. Replaced front windshield and they did it on time and was the cheapest we found. They’re super friendly and make the time pass as we waited. I would recommend them and they do mobile!

My vehicle is 2006 Jeep TJ that needed a windshield replacement. What set them apart was educating me on the different types of glass out there: aftermarket versus factory glass. I didn't know there was a difference and price can usually dictate that. PGW was the maker of the glass to be installed. So I dropped off just the windshield frame figuring they could get to it whenever they had time; I wasn't in a hurry as it's not my daily. Sipping the first cup of coffee the next morning I get a call that it's done. Awesome! Faster than expected, high quality glass and a price point with no hidden fees.
