Turned away due to not having an account when all I needed was to buy quarters for laundry. Thing is I’m new to the area and looking for a good bank to hold my money but with that kind of (no hospitality) I don’t think they are the bank for me.

First they take there sweet time getting to everyone that’s in line and second they wouldn’t cash a 4000 dollar check I ask how big of a check they would cash and she didn’t know this bank has got to be the worst bank in general Bank of America

As a Certified Google Local Guide I usually comment on restaurants. I break with that tradition with my excellent experience at this bank and with the professionalism of the Financial Center Manager, Officer, Alejandra Morris.She was adept at handling the small que of customers and especially my need for a quick bank transfer.

This branch is full of friendly staff and always provides great service when we are there. Their security standards are top notch as they will call whenever we write a large check to ensure that we truly initiated that check before it's cashed.

I'm a long time customer of BoA but this branch is non-responsive. At least answer the phone !!!Walk in customers get blank stares from "office dwellers" while the teller (usually only 1) is trying the best they can.

Avoid this bank. ! Closed my checking account without notice or good reason. ! Save yourself the headache pick another more favorable bank institution .Local Leesburg ,Fla branch manager discourtous also .Extremely negative serviceAvoid at all costs putting your funds in the mattress is better !

WE ARE LEAVING BANK OF AMERICADue to a long history of poor service, diminishing services, diminishing bank hours, discontinued drive-up services, increased costs and failed leadership from the top, we will be leaving Bank of America soon. Because the leadership is so afraid of requiring their employees to get vaccinated, we have been at the receiving end of the resulting chaos with unpredictable bank closures and unreliable service. I would like to remind the leadership that all this is now preventable due to our national vaccine program, all you have to do is to follow the science and make smart business choices, not timid and fearful ones. To have to drive to another town to make a deposit is a deal-breaker for us, after all these years of chronic frustrations with Bank of America. Our businesses will be giving our business to a competitor who is close by, has an open lobby, an open drive-up service, reliable night-drop services, regular hours and actual staff in the lobby who are available to provide banking services. We wish you the best of luck in improving your leadership, practices and policies, or the consideration that your customers come first, not last. Unfortunately we have had enough after fifteen years.

People answer the phone. Most horrible bank people run from this bank we was trying to talk to anybody at this location calling 2 hours no stop no body pick up the phone
