Utilized Azure Water as one of my primary copackers. I was told that I needed to prepay for a truckload of inventory, and when I went to place an order for a few pallets, I was informed the plant was closed and subleased to a new group. Meanwhile, they have 5k worth of prepayment AND 2k worth of my beverage labels. It is very disappointing, to say the least.

my husband went over and beyond to help Azure out of a bind when they ran out of stretch film. He drove close to 4 hours and borrowed some film from another customer he sells and got the film to Azure to keep their plant running. Soon after they placed an order from him for 2 skids of film which they delivered back in mid March with 30 day terms. Azure recognizes they owe the monies but now the invoice is over 135 days past due. Awful....

Galapagos Packaging jumped in and helped Azure secure some stretch film from another customers of ours to get them out of a pickle because they were going to run out.Afterwards Azure placed a 2 pallet order of stretch film from us and we delivered the film for them timely in mid March. Since that delivery almost 5 mos ago we have yet to be paid.Now cannot get anyone to even return a. call or respond to the debt owed. Not good, very unprofessional on their part….
