Thank goodness for Larry and how patient he was. We went and got a part from a different store and it turned out it wasn’t the right one. Went and exchanged it just for it not to work either. So the last time we went in we brought the old one with us and Larry made sure it was a match. He is amazing.

We came here with a dead battery - we were in a pinch because we had no turn lights or anything and it was terrifying - but autozone wouldn’t help us out. Rick said it was too time consuming to replace the battery in a ford focus. We took it somewhere else and another place helped us out in less than 5 minutes. We won’t be coming back to this autozone again.

No assistance. 1 guy busy at register, 1 guy busy on the outside and 2 guys laughing and talking it up with a guy who wasn't shopping. No one offered to assist me or 2 other people in there. I left with no purchase.
