I dropped off my car to be repaired, and they sent me a quote that was overinflated for the repairs. I refused to pay the overinflated repairs. The car was put back together, It broke down 1 mile from the shop, and it was towed back to the shop. I picked the car up the next day, and it barely made it home. I called the shop the next day and was told they refuses to correct the issues. They charged me almost 3k. Please beware of them. Signed Combat Vet.

Had an appointment for an estimate for oil change and fixing a door handle at 8 am. 3 hours later I left with an estimate of $200 for oil change, no estimate on the door and they charged me $220 for diagnostic test and 3 light bulbs in rear lights. Receptionist made me sit in back room with no AC, no updates and no TV. Expensive and worst experience ever. Oh, and no oil change!

Prices too high, I understand they run a business, but when your quote is almost double others, clear issues.

I have three Mercedes, two of which have had minor repairs in addition to their annual/10,000 maintenances. Their service manager, Thomas is professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. If you have a European car, I highly recommend them as your first stop before going to the dealership for any repairs, they will likely save you thousands of dollars. They have always gotten us in and out in a reasonable time frame for the services provided and are excellent with communication.

Zero stars for terrible customer service yesterday (8/15/23) by Thomas, the manager of AutoMasters in Leesburg. I had an appointment for 11:00 and when I arrived on time, Thomas said it would be two hours before they could begin working on my car because he had “sold a job” that morning and this new job won’t be finished for another two hours. When I questioned his reasoning for taking on a new job that would have a significant effect on my appointment, he tried to give a variety of excuses to justify what he did. Thomas went on to say it’s like being at a doctor’s office and having to wait even though you had an appointment. This is a flawed comparison. If I was on time for a doctor’s appointment and was told on arrival that my appointment has been pushed back two hours because they decided to add some non-emergency patients ahead of me on the schedule, I would not be happy. Who would be? I also asked Thomas why he didn’t call me to let me know they wouldn’t be able to work on my car at the scheduled time? He didn’t have an answer. I thought he might call today to apologize for his poor decisions. He didn’t call. Sorry, cannot recommend unless you like this type of treatment.

Automasters does excellent work. Tom and his crew are great. I have a 2007 Volvo XC70 wagon that has been to Victoria's west coast to California, Montreal to Key west on the east coast and Baff to Toronto in Canada. I need a good car and have enjoyed it, give them a call. You will be blessed if you give them a chance to help you.

So recently I had my car serviced here. I also needed the TPMS replaced on one tire at a cost of $300. I go ten miles down the road and the TPMS light comes on, I take it back and they again claim they fix it. I leave again and the TPMS is not even registering now, I go back a third time and request my money back, he says okay,. takes my car back and brings it out again and claims that it is fixed. I'm good with that. but this leads me to believe he didn't even replace it the first two times and tried to reinstall old one that popped off.I have used them previously. Last three times, looks like 3 different manager or owners. The manager/owner this time recommended a couple or services i.e. spark plugs, drive belt, battery and front brakes at an outrageous price. ($2300plus)He being unaware I have mechanical skills and would just rather pay someone to do this stuff, but at these prices he quoted, I have to get my hands dirty. Moving on, I purchase parts from Autohaus, spark plugs, drive belt and front brakes for around $150. Well I did replace spark plugs but the drive belt he said was showing signs of wear and cracking was in as good of shape as the one I purchased. Today i was about to change the the brakes that he said were so badly worn and the brakes were no where near the 3 mm he said they were and urgently needed replacing. This was my experience with the new manager/owner. All I'm saying is be cautious in your dealing with Automaster!Services: Oil change

Took my car for auto diagnostics and paid approx 180.00. I was told I would get a estimate e mailed to me on Monday. I never heard back from them. I left a review . Was called by the manager and told they were busy had a lot going on in the shop lately and they forgot about me. THEY DID NOT FORGET TO CHARGE ME FOR THE DIAGNOSTIC. How do you forget about your customers??? Cat was repaired elsewhere and all is well ?. Dead battery ?Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I am so glad I found Automaster of Leesburg; they are experts on foreign cars and convertibles and I paid a fraction of what I would have paid at the dealer’s. Hesham is one great technician.
