I was moving from S.C. to Florida and had purchased a manufactured home and had to have proof of my homeowners insurance at my closing. Once I moved to Florida, I was having problems with getting my car insurance and once again Trey came through for me and helped me with that as well.
Moving was hard enough, but having additional problems getting my insurance was a lot of stress on me and Trey was able to make that stress go away.”
“Dana and Marguerite were EXTREMELY helpful. I called AAA in CA to tell them that I was moving to FLORIDA. They told me that they changed my address and expect a new Florida AAA card 'shortly.'
Almost a month past and no card. Evidently this process was not processed properly. Marguerite and Dana were patient and empathetic. They wanted to make sure that I had coverage in my new state so they made sure that they got my transfer to Florida completed.
