Based on the positive reviews I brought my GLK to AGMotorworks today. My first visit will not be my last. The service coordinator, John, was excellent. He explained everything in detail & patiently answered my many questions. The mechanic did a great job, pricing was fair. Terrific customer service.

They are very knowledgeable and do what is necessary to get your car up and running. Also, dealing with a late model Mercedes they gave me options of what to fix if I’m going to keep the car for a longer period of time. Friendly and polite staff.

Took my BMW in today for a brake fluid change/flush. I had cleared the maintenance required indicator when I did the oil change also required at that time. After dropping the car off John called me to ask why I was having them do the brake fluid flush as there was no indication it was needed. They could have have just done the work and charged me without checking but they didn't want me to spend money unnecessarily. To me, that indicates integrity and great customer service. I'll definitely be going back for any future work needed.

I took my Mercedes SUV here. They could have taken me for a real ride a couple of thousand dollars at a time. That's not what they did though. They told me straight up the problems and potential problems which led me to the decision to not fix my vehicle and purchase another. I would have spent up to $9,000 on it and they knew it. I love the integrity they showed.

I have a Mercedes SLK 280 that I consider to be family. I would never think of taking it to any place other than All German Motorworks. I have had some major issues that required major repair and the work was done in the most professional manner. When a quote is given, a full explanation is given by one of their specialized engineers. I can’t say enough good about my experience with this business. So glad I found them…

1st time visiting All German Motorworks. I had a problem with my headlights that was taken care of quickly and with a very reasonable charge. Everyone was friendly- service advisor, mechanic, and a man who I assumed was the owner or general manager. The waiting room was comfortable with a TV, cold water, coffee and snacks. I doubt I will ever go to the BMW dealership again for service ( except for recall items ).

Once again, I was truly impressed with the craftsmanship and honesty of Gary and his team. I thought I had an oil leak, they checked it and found all was good. This could have easily been easy for them to sell me on. I never feel taken when I bring my car in. Pricing is more than fair. Great job, Guys.

I had an unexpected surprise when my Mini Cooper wouldn’t start this morning. I was so pleased when All German Motorworks could accommodate me right away. They did a thorough check of the original battery, replaced it with a new one and performed the necessary maintenance specifically for the Mini. To top that off, the service, kindness, and professionalism of the owner, his son, and staff were the best I have experienced. I’ve been there before, I will definitely go back, and recommend them to anyone who wants great service.
