The doctor doesn't even check your chart or paperwork! He falsifies documents! Gives out more pills than your local drug dealer and doesn't care about getting anyone in good health. It's all about the money and the meds. Disgusting practice.

The reviews about them never calling back or being able to get a hold of them are all true! They have a company in the Philippines that answer and most of the people who answer don’t understand English very well. This place is so close to my home and I want to like it. The ladies in the office (citrus springs ) are always nice. But……if they don’t get their act together with their phone system I will be finding new doctors.

You used to be able to get in and be seen at your appointment time or close to it, now it's like every other doctors office and the wait time is rediculous.

Went for my first appointment today. Waited about 15 minutes before I was called back for my appointment. The staff was very friendly from checking in, seeing the nurse, seeing Erica for my physical, and checking out. Erica was very professional, and went over my health history, ordered some blood work, and I got my meds refilled that I needed. She was very polite and understanding. I have been nervous about finding a new dr office since I moved to Florida. I feel very happy with Suncoast Primary Care.

Not happy at all. No one ever answers the phone when I call so I can't even get an appt or referral. It would be nice if they answered or actually called you back when you leave a message

Impossible to get through on the phone to this office or the Inverness office. If you call after hours and leave a message, no one returns your call! In order to get an appointment, you have to go in the office to make the appointment and when you come back for the appointment, you have to wait excessive amounts of time in order to see the doctor, which is disrespectful of our time without any apology or explanation. This problem has been brought to their attention for over two years now, and even my insurance company has had issues and finally suggested a new primary care physician, which I am happy to say I now have!

Run as fast as you can away from this practice. The nurse practitioner that I saw was combative and I felt like a number. No true personal dr/patient interactions. I went there 3 times and couldn't deal with them anymore. I have changed to another practice. It was nearly impossible to get a referral in a short period of time. When you call no one answers and you always get a voice mail. When you leave a message there is rarely a call back. I'm done and leaving. I have reported them to my insurance company.

Absolute worst care of any practice I’ve had experienced with. If you wait on them to answer the phone for anything you will be dead first. Zero care about patients. I’m not sure why they are even running. No one answers the phone ever. How do patients make appts or refill prescription? It’s a mystery to me. Frauds.

We have a wide variety of doctors at this office and they also have a variety at Hernando primary Care, they have Handy cap parking at both locations they have handicap parking and bathrooms for the handicapped

I have seen Dr. Villacastin for four years in his Lecanto office. I am kind of surprised to see some negative google reviews. I mentioned these reviews to Dr V at my exam on Wednesday. He was aware of them, removed some of his office staff, and added a highly qualified person to fix the problem. During my four years of experience, I have had nothing but good things to say. Dr V is an excellent physician and takes the time to listen and explain. I am from Northeastern Ohio and am used to the excellent care I received at the Cleveland Clinic and University Hospital. So I hope this review helps ease any concerns you might have.
