My Son and I went to Sims Furniture in Lecanto Florida to buy a lift chair for me. The Two sales.people lied about the warranty on the chair I decided to buy and once my credit was approved they tried to sell me a more expensive chair. They said Lazyboys are to expensive and are made in China, LOL. The paper work they gave me was incomplete and unreadable. My son went back in and found that they had lied about the warranty. They ended up canceling the purchase! I have never seen such underhanded sales tactics!!!!

They lied about the warranty, tried to sell me a more expensive chair after my credit was approved, give me incomplete and unreadable paper work. After the sale, my son and I felt that there was something wrong with the whole experience and returning to the store we found they has lied several times about the warranty. The manager canceled the sale. I have never seen such deceitful sales tactics.

Bought a couch 5 months ago and cushions are already worn. I bought the warranty and it’s not covered. No return calls. Very poor quality

Warning - terrible store policy & customer service . Paid for a second couch ( gray color) opted to save myself the $100.00 extra fee they charge for delivery. Upon arrival was escorted to the loading door where I had to self load the couch into my truck. Couch in a box with heavy plastic covering, upon arriving home unloaded the couch ,unboxed it and found the (2) couch was orders incorrectly and was not the same color match. Salesman gave me a lecture on store policy no return /refund even though they ordered the wrong color. Informed me they would not deliver the replacement unless I paid the extra $100.00 delivery fee. What a bogus outfit , bait and switch , take responsibility Sims and "DO THE RIGHT THING" All about the buck !

Our salesman, Bob, was wonderful. He took his time with us and had me try many different pieces of furniture to see if my feet touched the floor, to see if my back sat straight or too much lean in back. After all the care, we bought a couch and recliner. Now said we'd get the furniture in 2 1/2 months. We will see. Also, MADE IN AMERICA

My husband & I bought the perfect bedroom set for our master bedroom, & it happened to be on sale, for quite a discounted, reasonable price! Salesman Bob Kelly was very attentive, helpful, knowledgeable, & friendly. Everything was delivered & setup today, on time, by professionals. We're very pleased, & we highly recommend Sims!
